What if we were to plant them at different times and get a forest with different age trees planted in a more natural pattern.

Our idea is cut some trees and plant new ones every year.  That way we can have a forest of trees that are 1 year old, 2 years old, 3, 4, up to 10 years.

Then we can have a continual harvest, cutting 10-12% of the trees every year, and also a continual forest.

Our objective is to get as natural and beautiful forest as we can and still have it productive and useful to the farmer.
